ESTIMATED TIMELINES

Transactional Timeframe

We walk you through each phase of your transactional lifecycle. Upon being the winning bidder you'll receive a "Next Steps" email to complete your purchase.

This is an ESTIMATED timeframe. Most transactions take 15-30 days to complete depending on the communications and expeditious manner in which each phase is executed.

PHASE 1

Offer Made

Screening document requests will be sent to buyers. Once they receive the requests they have 72 hours to return the requests to begin the seller's vetting process.
Once we receive the documents we will have 72 hours to connect to each party and confirm movement to the next phase.

PHASE 2

Offer IN

We have now screened all parties. A purchase order is submitted to the seller via the buyer. The seller has 48 hours to respond with denial or acceptance.
Offer accepted moves to the next phase.

PHASE 3

Acceptance

Once a purchase order is accepted by all parties we move into the due diligence and transportation phases. Parties will arrange their process for vetting the materials and finalize their purchase criteria.

**The buyer and seller will take full responsibility for this stage in the process as GTB takes no ownership, has no claim on the condition or validity of the seller or buyer. GTB is a marketing service provider.

PHASE 4

Close

Now that all criteria are satisfied and acceptance has been approved we can move on to the execution of the purchase agreement and finalize payment.
Shipping schedules are established and the product begins its journey to the buyer and the sale is complete.
